Defense Machining Co. is a HubZone certified, minority owned small business headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. We produce precision manufactured products at the prototype and production level. These cost effective machined solutions can be made from steel, many various alloys, plastic, or wood. We give fast, friendly, and informed service to our customers.
The Haas high-performance Super-Speed vertical machining center provides high spindle speeds, fast rapids, and quick tool changes necessary for high-volume production and reduced cycle times.
3 - Axis HAAS VF-3SSYT
Solutions can be created for mostly all precision machined parts and assemblies through metal CNC/machining, welding, sheet metal work, wood CNC, stone cutting/machining, plastics cutting/machining, plasma cutting, drilling, custom design, prototyping, and vented booth spray painting.
We offer fabrication and product development, functional requirements development, rapid prototype engineering, high quality outputs and products, proven accuracy and performance control processes.
Among machining equipment is the 5 – Axis Flow Water Jet, which can cut material from 1/16 inch to over 10 inches thick, in high or low volume. The Cold Cutting process means no heat or stress is imparted into cut materials. A satin smooth edge means the part can be utilized directly off the cutting table. Minimal kerf and high accuracy combined with the ability to cut virtually any material means more versatility of final products in the DoD, aerospace, automotive, energy, oil & gas, transportation, and architecture industries.
